The four-year-old student Robert Bobby has been elected the mayor of Dorrest town of American state Minnesota, for the second time. The mayor of this town cosisting of 28 people is elected through toss by writing the names of all the people on separate chits. The chit of the name of small Bobby again came on the top like lat year. He was recognized the mayor of the town by all the people of the town. Bobby astonished the journalists with his speech after getting the office of mayor. He is not to worry much about the office work as the administration of the town is run by a council. The mayorship is just symbolic. The tiny mayor Robert likes fishing and taking icecream.
