India Is Going To Ban Foreign Social Websites

In India Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and 17 other Social Networking sites are to face legal action. They are accused of promoting differences beteen different sects. Indian government has approved to register criminal cases against these sites. Government has pleaded in Delhi court that there were enough proofs and evidences against 21 websites of creating sectarian differences and were thus promoting risks to national harmony. After great discussions and monitoring it was decided to register criminal cases under Indian PC A-153, B-153 and A-295. The foreign affairs ministey has been directed in this regard to issue summons to the companies established outside the country.
