An American Spy Who Was Caught

If the case of Raymond Davis is seen closely, it looks like a detective story. This is a story of murder, jail, and secret payment, whose villain is a former American Commando. This story, however is not clear yet and contains many secrets. Famous American journalist Jermy Shaheel claims that," this case is cleared that America is carrying out a secret war in Pakistan though it has not declared war against it." Jermy is the writer of award winner book" Blackwater, the Rise of the World's Most Powerful Mercenary Army" Raymond Davis has been involved in the killings of many Iraqis and Afghanis and a member of Backwater which is now called Zee Services. Jermy says, Raymond has been related to blackwater from the time a unit of American Army, JSOC (Joint Special Operation Commond) and CIA were attacking on their different enemies and Raymond was a part of this plan. It must be clear here that in the world of spying spies have many names at a time. But, America is the founder of the concept in this modern age that spying be done by private contractors. However, this plan of USA is not only criticized in the America but all over the world. A well known American intellectual Amone Jewrez says," If the spying task is done by official agents it is cheaper, nor a country has to pay what the private contractors ask for the huge amount. The deal is neither done for any profit. But now the situation is that where there is war, the hired private agents and murderers are active. Now the question arises what is there legal status.? They can not be summoned by the military court as the regular army man can be. If they carry out any killing how the legal and justice procedures could be fulfilled? Amone is also the writer of a book," Broker, Trader, Lawyer, Spy: The Secret World of Corporate Espionage"
