Professor Ahmad Bilal of the Department of Fine Arts of Punjab University has made a unique record by making zero budget movie. according to Professor Ahmad Bilial movie is witten by Amjad Islam Amjad and "Beneath The Sea" is the name given to the movie. Originally the story is written by Egyptian writer Taufeeq ul Hakeem which has been dramatized in Urdu by Amjad Islam Amjad and then has been translated in English, he explained. Cast included Lee Sunder, Katy Roberts wan, Debby and myself, professor added. He described that he has shot this movie by his three mobile cameras and movie will be released on social media. Ahmad Bilal sees awareness is needed to get realized the importance of the medium used by him if we want promotion of the movies. Amjad Islam Amjad and others have taken part in the movie voluntarily for which Ahmad thanked all.
