Our Demands Must Be Accepted By April 10-- TTP's Ultimatum

Defunct Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan has said that they want the release of their non-military prisoners and establishment of such a peace zone, where no security official be deployed. They have given six days to government to meet their demands. What the "Peace Zone" mean by Taliban. Will it be a state where they will have the right to rule and implement their own laws.?
