Senior Civil Judge Has Been Posted As OSD For Late Night Calling A Woman

Chief Justice of Lahore high court has posted a senior Civil Judge of Faisal as Officer On Special Duty(OSD) due to teasinfg a woman late night on mobile phone. A woman Chanda from Faisalabad filed a complaint against senior Civil Judge Faisal abad Rafaqat Ali Gondal with Inspection team of Lahore high court. She had her case for hearing in the court of civil judge. She said in her appliocation that judge called her late at night and teased her. While judge says that he received a miss call on her phone from the number and he answered the call. Chief Justice Lahore high court has appoinrted civil judge as OSD and his case has been sent to the administrative committee of the high court.
