Islamabad high court has issued arrest warrants of CEO ARY Salman Iqbal ans Anchor Person Mubashar Luqman for telecasting program against court and not presenting themselves in the court. Earlier Islamabad high court had banned ARY's program "Kharra Such" and its anchor Mubashar Luqman but supreme court had dismissed the high court decision. The council of the applicant Naseer Kiani had said that some people consider themselves aboce the law and do not care for court's orders but but justice Shaukat Aziz said nobody is above law and everyone will have to respect the courts. PEMRA has suspended the licence of ARY news for 15 and that of GEO entertainment for one month as well as has fined channel RS 10 million each.
