Dialogue And Blasts Are The Part Of Taliban's Planning--- Secret Agencies
Government dialogue team have been provided a detailed report by sensitive agencies about involvement of Taliban groups in bomb blasts, their contacts with Taliban included in dialogues, and their members living in Waziristan. According to sources the report also includes proofs that five Taliban groups are involved in attacks. The groups involved in blasts remain in contacts with Taliban carrying out dialogues before and after attacks. There are three such groups among them who change their names and ahead in the form of new group after each attack. These five groups are being controlled from Waziristan and Kabul. The report further and clearly say that Taliban are doing all is under a plan and attacks and dialogue, simultaneously, are the part of their planning. In the report it is said to government dialogue team that the Taliban dialogue committee must be told the action upon the talks and and conditions will be taken only when all the groups will sit on one table. Sources say that Lashkar e Jhanghwi group is separate from dialogue group and the list of prisoners given by Taliban also does not inlude the names of members of Jhangvi group. Report say that talks are done with all the groups will be fruitful otherwise, other groups will continue terrorist activities. Confirmes reprts say that Taliban Committee has been informed either they should gather all the groups or take action against them. However, it has been known that Taliban have refused to take action against them. This government dialogue team will cause a deadlock in the dialogue process. Therefore, government has decided not to end the targeted operation nor withdraw forces from North Waziristan.
