Qadri Had Disclosed His Killing Plot To His Fellow Guards

Mumtaz Qadri, the assassin of Salman Taseer, has disclosed during investigation that he had informed his fellow guards about planning to assassinate Governor Punjab. Meanwhile, he also told investigating officials that he had been ruled out of Special Branch owing to security risk, sources said.
Informing his fellow security guards about the plot, Mumtaz Qadri, had requested that they (other guards) should not open fire at him after killing of Salman Taseer as he had pledged that he would lay down arms after assassination, sources quoted investigating officials as saying. He had said that he wanted to be arrested alive, sources said.
Malik Mumtaz Qadri had been ruled out of Special Branch some times ago because of security risk, he confessed.
The funeral prayer of the late Salman Tasir has been offered in Governor House and his dead body is being shifted to Cavalary ground grave yard. The religious leader of Ulema wing of PPP lead the funeral prayer. While, earlier one of the religious scholar had refused to lead the prayer.
The clear picture of this assassination and conspiracy, if any would be made clear with in two to three days.
But, it seems likely that Pakistanis may divide on this issue. Some days later some "Fatwas' may start issueing from different sects of Muslims. Let us wait and see which way the wind blows. But one thing is clear that PPP government is in hot water during these days. Mian Nawaz Sharif has given three day dead line to government to amend ways and follow the directions provided by him to curb corruption from the society, though dead line has been extended now due to present situation of the country.
