Any Pakistani Can Not Be Summoned By The US Court

India and Israel are behind Brooklyn summons against Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and officials of sensitive services, as they want to cut the assistance to the Kashmiri Muslims and to silence all voices against the injustices and terror activities of New Delhi, Tel Aviv and Washington.
Jamaat-ud-Dawaa incharge political affairs Hafiz Abdul Rehman Makki, renowned legal expert Barrister Farooq Hassan, member Islamic Ideology Council (AJK chapter) Maulana Muhammad Shafi Josh and secretary general JWP (Aali) Rauf Sasoli expressed these views while addressing the participants of a seminar titled ‘Cases on Pakistani citizens in America and its affects’ held under the auspices of TheNation at Hameed Nizami Hall on Tuesday.
Makki said New Delhi, Tel Aviv and Washington were trying to destabilise Pakistan, while India and America had no evidence against Hafiz Saeed regarding Mumbai Attacks.
He said if our government did not show weakness no foreign government could dare to summon Pakistani citizens including Saeed and the ISI chief.
He said the Muslim community around the globe should get united and transform themselves into such a formidable force, which could influence India, Israel and America for stopping their atrocities in Held Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Dawaa leader said they had responded to the American court’s summon against Saeed through their counsel that the US courts had no jurisdiction on our soil and they could not summon any Pakistani citizen. He said the government was not taking firm stance on the issue, adding the Indian government’s evidence carried no weight, as Ajmal Qasaab had backed out of his statement regarding Mumbai Attacks and told the Indian court that security services took his statement forcibly.
Makki questioned the US authorities that could they allow Pakistani courts to summon the CIA officials and other American citizens.
He said the Americans did not respect our courts and there was no importance of Brooklyn court’s summons for Dawaa.
He said some elements in the Pakistani government who wanted to appease the Indians on the pressure of Americans could not prove anything against the Dawaa leadership in the courts regarding Mumbai Attacks. Makki said Pakistani rulers jailed several accused in the Mumbai attacks, while they didn’t dare to ask the Indians about the martyrs of Samjotha Express.
