Several International Cricket Players Will Make Last Appearance In world Cup 2015








There are a number of players who may not be around when 2019 World Cup is staged in England. There are a number of other star cricketers who are likely to retire following the World Cup 2015. For Sri Lanka Mehela Jayavardene and Kumar Sangakkara have alredy announced that they have played their last match on home soil. They will retire from the international cricket after the mega event. Jayavardene has already retired from test and T20 formats, while Sangakkara will play his last Test series against New Zealand. He has also retired from T20 format after T20 World Cup 2014 in which Sri Lanka lifted the trophy for the first time. For Pakistan it is expected that the World Cup 2015 will be the last for T20 skipper and star all-rounder Shahid Afridi, skipper misbah Ul Haq and batsman Younis Khan. India's legendary skipper MS Dhoni who has won T20 as well as 50-overs trophies for his country is likely to retire from international cricket as well following the tournament in Australia and New Zealand. For West Indies power house Chris Gayle and Jerome Taylor could make their last appearance.
