Female Judge Jumped On Stage To Join Beauty Contest And Won Top Prize

Cristina Pucean made headlines when she triumphed at the Miss Piranda contest, ,whose entrant have showcased Roma music and dancing for more than 20 years. The 19-years-old who has thousands of fans and dances on the club scene in London, has won a previous title at the age of 16, was invited back to be one of the judges. But when the contest took place at the packed sports hall in capital Bucharest, she jumped over the judges table to join in. There was a boos when her performance was given a standing ovation by the fellow judges and music promoter dubbed the contests' equivalent to Simon Cowell. He said she beat the rest hands down and she definitely deserve the prize.

But the decision was instantly challenged by the third member of the jury Adrian Cristea. He said that his favourite was one of the original contestants 17 -years Ana Maria and suggested that it should be given to her.

Later Cristina posted on her Facebook page," I am sorry that I caused a bit of mess but it was not planned." I was not even an official candidate, but when I saw every body dancing and I think they did not look up too much, I could not contain myself and wanted to rush out and participate in the thrill of the contest. She was awarded the prize and one week holiday in Dubai.
