Aspirin--- An Effective Tool Against Risk Of Intestinal Cancer

Scientists in a study have suggested that those people who are likely to suffer from stomach or intestinal cancer should be given daily dose of aspirin. In a study published in "Lansay' has reported that a group of 861 people included in the research who had increased risk of stomach cancer were given 2 tablets of aspirin daily that decreased the risk to 63 %. The head of the research team and professor of New Castle University told that observations in this regard are very strong. He said that this study was a new addition in the reports related to aspirin about which it was said that it could be used for the treatment of the cancer.
Among the experimental units that had greater likelihood of stomach, ovary and intestinal cancer those patients who were given 6 mg aspirin daily had 19 tumors of cancer while the group that was not given aspirin got growth of 34 tumors. Researches noted that in those participants who had taken aspirin for two years continuously the decrease was 63 %.
Professor Bern said that if some clear system of aspirin usage was formulated then 30 thousand people could be saved suffering from cancer during next 30 years. While 10 thousand people could be saved from death due to cancer. He said that some side effects could occur but he further said that if we could save the lives of 10 thousand people from cancer for one thousand ulcer or paralysis patients still this cost is not too high. The people who have the history of intestinal cancer in their family they must think of taking aspirin, seriously. It is reminded here that aspirin can help controlling the heart attack and paralysis.
Azri Francis says that she was a mobile atom bomb because she had a long history of cancer in her family. She had ovarian hysterectomy for cancer but after surgery it was observed that she had not one but two tumors in ovaries. Test showed that DNA was absent totally absent due to which malignant cells were developing. She told that her body had lost resistance against cancer. She participated in the study and then decided to take aspirin. During the study for last two decades it was shown that aspirin decreases the risk of cancer. However, this was the first regular research in which it was proved about the aspirin that it lowers the cancer risks.
