Two Versions Of British Empire

Historians have described two versions of British Empires in the books. The bright and positive view of the empire was that they reached to each corner of the world in search of new markets and they promoted trade and industry. Where ever they went they constructed roads, established educational institutes and hospitals, and introduced democratic system.
Other dark and negative view of the British empire was that they attacked the countries to occupy the natural resources of state and make the people slaves, so they occupied different countries through battles and conspiracies and loted the wealth and made the inhabitants slaves.
The historians stating the historical side of the empire also say that Britishers established administrative and educational institutions in their colonies to fulfill their own interests and find people who provide them services.
The secret and hidden documents of the British Empire were disclosed when in 2009,five old Kenyan men and women sued the British government claiming that during Mao Mao rebellion in Kenya a strategy on high level was adapted how o torture "rebellions" in an organized way. The lawyers of British ministry of foreign affairs defended the government and they had been claiming for 2 years continuously that government had no record of Mao Mao mutiny. In January 2011, suddenly foreign ministry revealed that nearly ten thousand documents about the former 37 colonies were saved in Hans loop Park. Therefore London high court directed the foreign office to public the documents.During the last week of April 1200 documents were brought to light and the remaining will be revealed in installment by 2013.
Guess the importance of the documents that had been saved for the last 50 years in the underground cells of the Hans loop Park that is a village situated in central south Britain. Britain has established a communication center extended on several acre area in Hans loop Park, where scientists develop latest equipment used for communication and spying. It is an imprtant and highly secured place having 16 feet high wall with barbed wire. This was the place where Elen Turing invented first regular computer of the world.
