A 13-Year-Old Student Impregnated His English Teacher

A Houston-area teacher accused of having sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy who impregnated her has surrendered at a suburban jail. Arrest warrants of Alexandria Vera, an English in the Eldine School District were issued. The boy was eighth grader she met him last summer. She appeared at the jail and posted $ 100,000 bond and was released.

Court documents show boy's parents did not object to their relationship. She told school district investigator that boy's parents were very supportive and excited when she told them about pregnancy. School authorities say they have removed her from job.
