The Newly Built One-World-Trade-Center Replaced Destroyed twin Building In New York








After thirteen long years of 9/11 attacks, finally the new One-World-Trade- Center replaced twin building on Monday.it is an emotional milestone both for New Yorkers and the Americans. Publishing giant Conde Nast started moving into One-World-Trade-Center. Trade center also holds the crown of America's tallest building which has 104 stories costing around $ 3.9 billion. New York governor said that One-world-Trade Center served as a symbol of the resilience of people of New York. Only about 170 of Conde Nast comp[any's 3,400 employees are moving in now, filling five floors of the tower. About 3,000 more will arrive by early 2015. Anna Wintour, editor of Vogue will move to the 25th floor along with her staff, while Graydon Carter, Vanity Fair editor will take the 41st floor. The building is 80 % leased with another 80,000 square feet going to adcertising firms Kids Creative, Legends Hospitality, BMB and Servcorp. China Center, a trade and cultural facility will cover 181,000 square feet. The eight-year construction of the 1.776 feet high skyscraper came after years of political, financial and legal infighting that threatened to derail the project. It is also declared as the safest office in America.
