First Talks Between Taliban And USA Will Be Held In Qatar Tomorrow

Qatar government has said that Taliban office in Doha has inaugurated and dialogue between Taliban and USA will be held on Thirsday. The spokeperson of Afghan Taliban Zabeeh Ullah Mujashid said that the purpose of opening office in Doha was to take ahead the process of talks between Taliban and the world. Afghan authorities say that Taliban were ready to talk to Afghan government and Karzai said that a delegation of High Level Peace Council wil be deputed to talks with Taliban in Doha. A senior official of white house said that the USA will talk directly to Taliban and the purpose of office in Qatar was to take the process of reconcialation ahead. Talks about the release of American military prsonnels and prisners will take place. America will urge Taliban to break contacts with Al-Qaeda and for the protection of women's and minority rights, to stop violent activities and to recognize Afghan constitution. According to Britain newspaper the USa is ready to release interior minioster of Taliban era Mullah Khair Khaw and former governer Noorullah Noori. But, USA agreed to give Taliban's military commonder Mullah Fazal Akhund in the custody of Qatar government instead of releasing him. On other side in Afghanistan NATO has handed over the commond of military operations and security all over the cpountry to Afghan forces. Yesterday, the control of 95 districts was also handed over to Afghan army. In the last phase the responsibilities of Qandhar, Nangarhar, Pakteeka, and Khost district were given to Afghan forces. Together with Qatar authorities, the representative of Taliban Muhammad Naeem after opening "polotical Burue" in Doha said that Taliban wanted better relations with Afghanistan neighbors. All is well but will Taliban agree to the conditions of the USA?
