Parvez Musharraf Has To Appear In Supreme Court On Tuesday

Former president Parvez Musharraf said he was being handicapped as his nomination papers from three constitencies were rejected. He said ,"My nominastion papers have been in Chitral constituency only." He said this while meeting a delegation of Real Democratic Alliance (RDA). The RDA team assured his full cooperation to the former president. Actually the treason case against hin will bem wioll be heard by two member bench of the supreme court. Chief justice hass already withdrwan his name from heading the bench. The case is regarding sacking of judges and imosing emergency plus on November 03. Though he got his taking over the power and ousting out Nawaz sharif approved by the supreme court as well as from the parliament. But November event was neither passed by supreme court nor the parliament. Thiscase will give him tuff time. But, if he is questioned in court in detail many hidden names will be revealed that will openm a new "Pandora Box" in Pakistan.
