Nobody likes to be pulled over for a traffic violation. However, for Chen Junfeng of China, being stopped by a female traffic cop was probably the best thing that ever happened to him in his life. Chen was driving in Shenyang, Liaoning province, when a female traffic cop pulled him over on traffic violation. Officer Wang Xinmel spoke to him a bit before letting him go without ticketing. The good-hearted woman made such a good impression on Junfeng that he kept in touch with the officer. First the two became best friends, but after a while then fell in love and began dating. After two years of dating Junfeng was ready to pop the question. One day when Xinmel was finishing her shift, Junfeng surprised her in front of many happy onlookers. Junfeng got down on knee and proposed her. Xinmel was seen shedding tears of joy as she accepted the marriage proposal and said "yes". Junfeng gave her diamond ring and flowers.
