An Indian minister has enraged the people of his country with his controversial statement while describing rape as a social crime. He said, " Some times it is right", "sometimes, it is wrong". He made matters by adding that state government can not stop such heinous crimes from taking place. " It is a social crime which depends on the man and the woman. It is sometimes right and sometimes wrong" Madhya Pradeh home minister Babul al Gaur told reporters in Bhopal on Thursday. Babulal belongs to prime minister's BJP party. Nearly similar statement about rapists was also issued by by Malayan Singh Yadev that " Boys are Boys, they can make mistake" meaning that they can committ rape by mistake and should be excused whether they kill the victim after raping them. Woh! the HINDUS' PECULIAR MENTALITY?
