Weight Loss Can Be Helped Drinking Water Before Meal

Drinking two glasses of water before each meal may help you lose weight, according to a new study presented at the annual meeting of the American Chemical Society in Boston.
Obese dieters who drank two 8-ounce glasses of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner lost five pounds more than dieters who didn't increase their water intake. Those who drank more water also kept more of the weight off after a year, said Brenda Davy, an associate professor at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
The study included only middle-aged and older adults between the ages of 55 and 75 who were on diet - 1,200 calories per day for women and 1,500 calories per day for men. Half of the people were told to drink 16 ounces of water before every meal. After three months, the dieters who drank water had lost an average of about 15.5 pounds, while those who didn't lost just 11 pounds.

Car Running With Solar Energy

It seems like the future cars will be manufactured in Hungry. It is not the 1967 communist propaganda , but a fact. Hungry's car manufacturing factory Aantro has made a light and beautiful car that can be run by solar energy. Aantro Solo consists of 2 front and one rear wheel. It can carry 2 passengers and one driver. Aantro Solo's electric motor gets energy from the solar panels installed on the roof of the car. If car stops due to some reason then nothing to worry you can restart the car by kicking the paddle. This useful and environment friendly car will be in market by 2012.
Muslim scientist Ibn e Farnos was the first human being who wanted to fly in the sky like a bird centuries ago. After a long span of time now human being's this dream is close to come true and he can fly in the air not in plane but himself like a bird as one watches in the movies. This flying machine "Martin Jet Pack" has been invented by Galeen Martin of New Zealand after a 50 years long hard work. Martin Jet Pack is made up of carbon fiber to keep it light. Its 200 horse power engine rotates rotor that makes this machine fly. This machine can take one to 8000 feet high, however its fueling capacity is limited so it can fly for half an hour. Guleen is modifying it to make more refined and sophisticated one. In future it is possible that you can fly to your office avoiding traffic jam on the roads.

Shujaat Offers Fazl To Oust Balochistan Government

PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain Monday said his party was ready to help JUI-F for in-house change in Balochistan.
Talking in a TV programme, the PML-Q chief said if the JUI-F decides in favour of the in-House change in Balochistan we would support the it. Shujaat said that his party would not allow amendment in the blasphemy law. However, he underlined the need for formulating a new law to ensure ending misuse of the Act, suggesting strict punishment for those who wrongly blame and involve others in legal proceedings.
Meanwile, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said his party had submitted applications to the speaker National Assembly and the chairman Senate to sit on the opposite benches.
Talking to newsmen in the federal capital, Fazl said the JUI-F’s parliamentary secretaries in National Assembly and Senate has also tendered their resignations.
He said the decision to part ways with the ruling alliance was based on principles and final. It is important to note that the JUI-F has eight MNAs and 12 senators.
On the other hand, Fazl has summoned a consultative meeting of JUI-F to formulate future plan of action. He would take the party leaders into confidence over his meetings with President Asif Ali Zardari, political leaders and government officials. The sacked federal minister Azam Khan Swati would also attend the meeting.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Rehman Malik has expressed the hope that the JUI-F would not partake in any move to destabilise democracy though all probabilities remained open in politics.
He told journalists outside the Parliament House that Fazl was not annoyed with the PPP and having different political views was everyone’s right. “One man show in politics has finished and everyone has the right to freely express his thoughts,” he added. Rehman said the PPP and the MQM had common manifestos. “Altaf Hussain is a dedicated politician from to whom I have learnt a lot,” he remarked.

Military Operation May Be Carried Out In North Waziristan Soon

A US television, reported through the sources deeply-rooted in Pakistan Army, has claimed that Pakistan military officials are mulling over carrying out a deadliest offensive against the hiding militants and fleeing insurgents in North Waziristan Agency (NWA), adding that the said operation may take as less as 6 months to commence. Citing the sources, the channel also claimed that recent drone strikes were aimed at targeting insurgents that have fled towards northern tribal areas.
A Pakistani army official told US television that the number of escaping insurgents is on rise in North Waziristan district and according to him, the fleeing insurgents are taking hide in Terah Valley.
“Three US drone attacks also took place in ‘Terah Valley’ of Khyber Agency on Friday which killed 57 Taliban,” he told media. “Pakistan wants more control over drone program as this could help save precious lives of common men in tribal areas,” the channel quoted him as arguing.
According to US channel, Friday drone attacks were the latest and maiden drone attacks in Khyber Agency. Army official also told US channel that Pakistan army was planning to launch a military offensive in North Waziristan district as insurgents are using the agency as ‘safe heavens’ and ‘protected sanctuaries’ to plot and carry out attacks inside Afghanistan. Also, insurgents, hiding in NWA, have launched several terror strikes in Pakistan, army official further said.
It may be a fact that terrorists are hiding in NWA, because they are tied in blood relations with the local population since the USSR army left Afghanistan after shameful defeat. They have married and now their next generation is grown up and doing the same what their elders havebeen doing. But this time targets are security forces of Pakistan more than those in Afghanistan. It is the reaction and revenge of Drone attacks in tribal areas. USA's "Do More" orders had to bring fruits. It would be better that Pakistan Army may be allowed to carry out operation and at the time when it deems fit for. I hope Pak Army never accepts dictations from USA and does always what in the national interest.

A Machines that Consumes Less Water and Energy

As the water and energy crisis are encircling the world, so the the scientists at Leads University of England have invented a washing machine that consumed 90 % less water and 98 % less electricity as compared to the machines in use today. In this machines, the beads of reusable nylon polymer are used to wash and clean the clothes and remove the spots. To wash the clothes the beads and washing powder mixed are put in only one cup of water. When the clothes get wet the beads absorb all the dirt and the water and get out of machine automatically. These beads can be used for 100 times to clean the clothes. The experts have named this machine as "Xerox" in Greek it mean "Dry". This machine will be available next year in the market.
In hospital the equipment facilitating the patients with artificial respiration (breathing) costs $ 40,000, therefore costly equipments like this are mostly lacking in several hospitals. If the equipment is needed urgently for a patient, and in the non-availability of this patient can die. Keeping in view this problem, an American an American Doctor Matheo Kolikan has invented cheaper artificial breather. Its basic part is pressure sensor that costs only $10 and it can be used in the blood pressure monitor too. Dr Matheo "one breath" equipment conveys oxygen to lungs through mouth. Its sensor records how much oxygen is present in the lungs and the data reaches to a software that calculates how much more is needed. This invention is more useful for developing countries where breathing equipments usually are not available. This will be available during next year on commercial scale. This portable equipment can be taken any where and it can work using 12 volts battery that can retain its charge for six hours.

Incredible Cardiovascular Benefits Are Provided By Beetjuice

Beetroots, also known as beets, are packed with blood pressure-reducing, heart disease-preventing nutrients that help maintain healthy active function and boost overall endurance levels in those that consume them. A new study has found that not only do beets benefit athletes by boosting their performance, but they also help the elderly and people with heart or lung diseases to live more active, physically-functional lives. Published in US journal, the study builds upon a previous one conducted by the university that found that beet juice increases exercise capacity by 16 percent in athletes that drink it. Except this time, these same benefits were found to apply to non-athletes as well, including those that have trouble performing everyday physical activities.
"As you get older, or if you have conditions which affect your cardiovascular system, the amount of oxygen you can take in to use during exercise drops considerably," explained the study. "What we've seen in this study is that beetroot juice can actually reduce the amount of oxygen you need to perform even low-intensity exercise."
Beet juice not only dilates blood vessels to improve blood flow and lower blood pressure, but it also reduces the amount of oxygen muscles need during physical activity. This muscle effect makes it significantly easier for people of all ages, no matter what their health condition, to perform both low- and high-intensity physical activities. In fact, researchers noted that those who drank beet juice required 12 percent less effort to walk than those who did not drink.
