Police in village Gara Mata of Dera Ismail Khan,KPK have arrested eight men for parading 14-year-old girl through village streets naked in connection with with a dispute over family honor. The girl was abducted last week before she was stripped down and forced to run through the streets. It is claimed that the girl's brother was having an affair. When the village council found out they ruled the scorned wife's family could hit back by punishing the alleged adulterer's sister. The girl was going to pond to fetch water when she was abducted. The girl's family initially claimed the girl was taken to a house, beaten up and stripped by nine people., but later retracted the statement.
