The Blue Whale Game, also known as Blue Whale Challenge, is an Internet game that is claimed to exist in several countries. The game allegedly consists of series of tasks assigned to players by the administrators during a 50-day period,with the final challenge requiring to commit suicide. The term "Blue whale" comes from the phenomenon of beached whales, which is linked to suicide. Blue whale began in Russia in 2013 with"F57", one of the names of so called death group of the VKontakte social network and allegedly caused its first death in 2015. Philipp Budiekin, a former psychology student who was expelled from the university, claimed that he invented the game. Budiekin stated that his purpose was to clean the socoety by pushing to suicide from those he deemed had no value. In Russia in 2016, Blue Whale came in to broader use among teenagers after a journalist brought attention to it through an article that linked many unrelated suicide victims to blue whale, creating a wave of moral panic in Russia. Later Budiekin was arrested and pled guilty to inciting at least 16 teenage girls to commit suicide. The game is based on the relationship between the challenger (also called players or participants) and the administrators. It involves a series of the duties given by the administrators that players must complete, usually one per day, some of which involve self-mutilation, Some tasks can be given in advance, while others can be passed on by the administrators on that day, the last task being suicide. The list of tasks, to be completed in 50 days includes waking up at 0420 AM, climbing a crane, carving a specific phrase on person's own hand or arm, doing secret tasks, poking a needle to the arm or leg, standing on a bridge or roof, listening to the music, and watching videos sent to the challengers by the administrators. However, it is for the first time that medical experts are using dogs to seek their help in the diagnosis of cancer. It is a fact that dogs have far more high smelling capability than humans which can be used for diagnosing cancer. Six thousand residents of Japanese town Kanyama are participating in this unique study whether dogs are capable of diagnosing cancer or not. The study is being carried out under the supervision of professor Masao and his colleagues of Nippon medical school. The town has been selected for the study because majority of the people of the town are suffering from stomach cancer. The samples of their urine will be sent to the medical school where dogs will smell the urine samples and if they start barking loudly by smelling any sample then it will be takes as the concerned person is suffering from stomach cancer or is near to catch the disease. However, the diagnosis by dogs will be verified by other tests too to see that whether dogs have diagnosed the disease correctly or not. Professor Masao claimed that his trained dogs have the capability of correctly diagnosing cancer by smelling up to 100 %. It is also noteworthy that dogs have more high smelling power than any other animal, therefore they are used different security departments to detect drugs or blasting materials. There have been conducted experiments in the USA, Germany and Britain during the past two decades to diagnose cancer by dogs through smelling the skin, and urine samples of the persons and it was up to 90 % whereas the concerned person has no apparent symptoms of the disease. However, experts say it takes 4 to 5 years to train the dogs that will cost $ 45,000.
It is not that Pakistan is doing nothing for the Rohingya Muslims, however, as far as expelling the Burmese ambassador or cutting diplomatic ties with Myanmar has some international limitations. Pakistan and India did not cut diplomatic ties even during the three wars. However, Pakistan has started providing refuge to Rohingya Muslims fleeing Myanmar since 1960s.
