Haiti's PM Resigns Following Protests Over Delay In election
It is only in Pakistan that neither government or any of the minister resigns over protest and public anger or over any mistake in the ministries, whereas, in all the world even in under developed African countries government goes away if people are not satisfied with it. Haiti prime minister Laurent Limothe resigns from his post following violent ant-government protests over delay in elections. Former PM while addressing on television said he was leaving the post with a 'feeling of accomplishment". Anti-government protesters were demaning President and prime minister's resignations over delay to hold election in 2011 which was postponed due to deadlock in election law. However, president will continue ruling until holding of election in the country while the parliament's mandate expires in January.
