A young boy named Rafaqat Ali resident of Pind Dadan Khan Jhelum district in Pakistan married his step sister Salma Bibi. Mother of Rafaqat died years ago and his father Muhammad Sharif married another woman who has three daughters of Muhammad Shrif. Rafaqat Ali developed illegal relations with his step sister. Rafaqat then went to Saudi Arabia for his job. He returned from Saudi Arabia in June this year and married his cousin. In July just three weeks after his marriage he escaped with his step sister to Gujrat and tied Nikah (knot) with her. Rafaqat used his grand father name Latif Ali on National identity card while salma Bibi used real name of her father on Id card. The Maulvi who tied nikah could not recognise them as brother and sister due to different fathers' names. When the news broke in back home of (bride and groom) brother and sister every body was shocked. Their father Sharif went to police station to seek help. Police mercying the old man grief and un-islamic marriage registered the case against Rafaqat and Salma BB.
