It means the previous parliament consisted of illiterate people except a few medical doctors and advocates. This, in fact was a shamreful and bitter truth that gave a wrong message to the world. It is also reguested to the honourable chie justice that the money these fake members have pocketed and the developmental funds they have digested sgould also be recovered frtom them. Especially from the former PM raja who santioned milion of rupees to be paid to Midas advertising agency and the developmental funds released after the end of his constitutional tenure.
