How The Nomination Papers Of Bank Defaulters Have Been Accepted?

On one side the returning officers have been asking the candidats basic Islamiat questions, which is an individuals case whether the candidate is practicing Muslim or not and that does not make any difference to the common man, on other side those candidates who have been bank defaulters, did not pay a single penny as income tax and have written off their milion of rupee loans, have been allowed to contest elections that makes a great difference for the people and for the nation, Why is it so? The following candidates have been declared clear to contest election inspit of being bank defaulters or tax evaders. Former speaker Fehmida Mirza and his husband Zulfiqar Mirza (State Bank's loan Rs 270 million is payable, Habib Bank Rs 370 million, written off), Faisal Kundi (Did not pay tax), Father of Hina Rabbani Khar , Noor Rabbani Khar (NBP Rs. 40 million, UBL Rs 3 million, MCB Rs 4.4 million, payable) her brother Abdul Khaliq Khar( Faisal Bank Rs 3.7 million, payable) and her husband Gulzar Feroz ( NIB Rs 50 million , written off), Ahmad Mukhtar (Rs 4 billion 690 million loan payable), former chief minister Punjab ( NBP Rs 330 million payable), Sheikh Rasheed (Rs 4.6 million payable), Aesha Ahad Malik ( Rs 0.1 million loan written off, while Rs 20 Faisal Bank loan payable) , Amin Faheem ( Rs 10 million payable), Ghulam Ahmad Bilour (BOk Rs 4.3 million payable), son of Qaem Ali Shah, Ali Shah ( NBP Rs 10 milion payable), while Zammurud Khan, Khalid Ahmad Gormani, Nawab Zada Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Faryal Talpur, Ghinwa Bhutto, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Parvez Ilahi, Ayla Malik, Ali musa Gilani, Parvez Musharraf, and Farooq Sattar did not pay tax on theior income for the last several years. can be called tax evaders.
