Camera That Can Shoot A Picture At A Distance Of One Kilometer

The scientists in Scotland have claimed to develop a camera that can make make 3-D figures of the things at a distance of one kilometer. Camera can scan anything with the help of laser rays. After further research and improvement the range of the camera can be increased to 10 kilometers. The camera will initially be used to scan the vehicles. The camera could not scan the human skin as it does not reflect the laser rays like other things do. In addition to shooting pictures at a long distance the technology can be used to monitor the movements of rocks. According to scietists the camera works through measuring the time of reaching of laser rays to the targeted thing and there is no possibility of any miscalculation. While with the improving image software, the technology could be used to know the speed and direction of any moving object.
