The Yougest Civil Judge Of The World Belongs To Pakistan
Justice Muhammad Ilyas:- The Guinness Book of world Record included the name of Justice Muhammad Ilyas in its 1991 edition as the youngest civil judge of the world. Justice Muhammad Ilyas was born in 1931 in a village Chak Fazil in the district Gujrat. He graduated from Zsmindar College Gujrat during 1948 while he was only 18 years old. He got first position in LLB ( Bachelor of Law and Legislation) examination and took Provincial Civil Srvice examination for civil judges Judicial Branch) during July 1951. His age was 20 years and 9 month at the time of exam while while age for appearing in the exam was 21 years. He was permitted to take examination on the condition that if he passed the exam still he would not be appointed as judge before he reaches to 23 years of age. But again young Muhammad Ilyas topped the candidate's and got first position. Administration Judge, Justice S A Rahman of Lahore High Court strongly recommended in relaxation of age for his appointment as civil judge. So the rules were relaxed and Muhammad Ilyas took oath as the first youngest civil judge of the world on March 23, 1953 at the age of 21.
Lightening largest number of Candles at a time:- On December 31, 2003, in a hotel in Faisalabad (Pakistan), 48 persons lit 8154 candles and made a logo for a famous pharmaceutical company ad thus got their names entered in world world record book.
