Writer Of Highest Number Of "Letters To Editor" In The Wortld
The name of Hakim Irshad of Pakistan was included in the Guinness Book Of World for writing maximum number of letters to editor between 1947 to 1987. His letters related to social and national problems that he wrote to editors of national newspapers. He sent 602 letters to the daily "Pakistan Times" and other newspapers. His name was published in the 2001 edition of the World Record Book. According to book, he sent 42 letters in the year of 1963.His all letters have been published in book form in 5 volumes.
Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan:- The name of Pakistan's famous "Qawal" ( singer of religious songs in chorus) was published in the 2001 edition of the book. He recorded 125 albums of "Qawalis" that made world record. His songs were also shot for two Hollywood films, The Last Temptation and Dead Man Walking. His sound track was for film Christ.
Ba nazir Bhutto:- The 1991 edition of Guinness Book carried the name of Mohtrama Ba Nazir Bhutto as the first youngest Woman Prime Minister of the world. She was of 35 years 5 months and 10 days when she became the Prim,e Minister of Pakistan on December 2, 1988.
