Women That Are Changing The World


The second decade of the twenty first century is bringing new changes in the world. These were never heard or seen before. The systems that were considered to stand on stronger grounds are collapsing. The dictators of the world are fleeing from their countries. Behind all these changes one can see the role of women. These include housewives,rulers and those living in remotest areas and villages are coming out on streets and joining processions and protests. They are establishing schools, welfare organizations, business institutions and are introducing new technologies. It is a fact that empowered and stronger women can change the environment around them, how, let us have a look on the acheivements of these courageous and bold women.:-
Hawa Ahadi (Somalia):-
During May 2010, a terrorist group tried to close the clinic, hospital and refugee camp of Dr Hawa. But she refused. She was successful in mission and terrorists had to apologize her. She is running a clinic consisting of only one room since 1983. Ninety thousand people have been treated in her clinic so far. She is teaching teaching different skills to the people and specially to women to get earning in the poor areas.
Wajeeha Alhaweedar (Saudi Arabia):-
During 2008, on the eve of "Women Rights Day" social worker and a writer Wajeeha up;oaded a video om You tube in which she was shown driving a car on a highway. According to Saudi law no woman can drive in the country. Wajeeha is the head of a social welfare organization in Saudi Arabia.
Anusha Ansari (Iran):-
Anusha was born in Iran. She From childhood she use to dream of travelling in the space and visiting stars and moon.In 2006, she paid $ 200 million and became the first women astronaut of the world. She also wrote a book,"My dreams of stars" in which she wrote that she wanted to teach a lesson to the girls and women of the world that do not leave your dreams and try to see them come true.
