When the attack of Bay OF Pigs was a failure President got a chance and fired Director of CIA Elen W Davis along with Two Deputy Directors, Charles Cable and Richard Bell.He also snatched the the powers of making and carrying out para military plans plans, from CIA. This responsibility was bestowed to American Defence Ministry and to Joint Chief of Staff who were under his direct control as Commander In Chief. He also refused to extend the service tenure of general Lamenter for second time during September 1962. General Lamanter was also considered a Crypto by many people and he was the deep friend of general Eisenhower so was appointed as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs by Eisenhower. American historians say that the minimising the powers of military and CIA was the reason of his assassination and J F Kennedy was killed in the winter of 1963 and his killers are not known yet though Oswald was killed on the spot.
