How Did Pakistan Look Like During 2011

In addition to the permanent problems of price hike, gas and electricity load shedding and many more faced by Pakistanis during the current so called "Democratic" government, the international issues related to Pakistan shook the nation. Memo issue and Raymond Davis matters remained on top of the media news, talk shows during the year 2011.
*--- Government In The Powerful Grip Of Memogate Scandal:-
The relations between military and the government were heading toward right direction that memo issue turned every thing upside down. The background of the issue is that one week after Abbottabad operation Hussain Haqqqani sent a letter through Mansoor Ijaz to Chief of American Army Admiral Mike Mulen. The letter carried alleged take over by Pakistan army for which help was sought by the USA. As reward the USA was given some assurances by the government. The issue created a rift between army and the government. Prime minister thought the issue will subside with the resignation of Haqqani, but Nawaz Sharif took the issue to the supreme court. Prime minister uttered some harsh words against the establishment. He said no state within the state will be accepted. He said we were asked about issueing the visas then who issued visa to Osama who had been lived in Pakistan for the last 6 years. It seems that PM on his boss directions wanted to have clash with the military so that they be called "political Martyrs". This issue has brought a crisis for the government and it can not get rid of it. It is being complicated day by day and is going to linger on during the year 2012.
*--- The Story Of Raymond Davis:-
The official of the US Embassy in Lahore killed two persons in the bright day light on January 27. The car that came to rescue him crushed another Pakistani citizen. He was arrested but from the day one he has been insisting that due to being Diplomat he has immunity. Pakistanis and the heirs of the murdered wanted that he must be sentenced. But due to pressure from the USA and especially from the Obama administration because he was too precious for the USA, he was released on March 16 sent to USA by special plane. The foreign minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi had to resign on the issue. Though it is said his heirs received green cards and millions of dollars but the actual position is known to Allah or the government.
