London Olympics Medal Tally 2012 At The End Of Day 11
With the day 11 competition concluded at the London 2012 Olympic games on Tuesday, China extended its lead over the United States both at the top of the total medal race as well as at the top of the gold medal race. Great Britain moved into a tie with the Russian Federation for third place in total medals; however Great Britain remained securely alone in third place in the number of gold medals awarded.
