Russians And Chinese Are Nearing Each Other To Face American Supermacy
Half a century ago China and Russia became stranger due to ideological differences, but now to face challenges of American dictatorship are closing quickly to each other. During the last month when Russian president Putin reached China to participate in Shanghai Cooperation Summit, he was received warmly and all the activities were telecast live through government television channels.
Today we are living in a world in which the USA has the power to do whatever it likes to do. China and Russia want to end this uni-polarity and want to make the world multi-polar. Therefore, they have determined to face the American power together. They have signed agreements recently regarding political, economical and military level. Similarly, they wish to enhance mutual trade volume to 200 billion dollar by 2020.
The anger of Russia toward the USA is open, Russian president did not attend G 8 conference in May, in addition, the proposed NATO's missile shield has also worried Russia. On other side China does not like the USA's increased military activities in Pacific ocean. Then the USA backs India to become super power of the region to face China so China is angry for that too.
Keeping in view the situation China and Russia both realized that they must join hands to meet the recent challenges. In this perspective the recent visit of the Russian president was highlighted much though he has been visiting China in the past though.
Opposing attack on Syria they have already challenged the dictatorship of the USA in the UN Security Council. Had they not opposed the attack up till now the USA would have attacked Syria like Iraq and Afghanistan. Similarly, in the case of Iran and South Korea they are blocking the USA way to take any extreme step.
Russia has been inactive from global affairs since 1990 but now it wishes to constitute a stronger bloc with the partnership of China. It is good for Pakistan too, if it becomes the part of the block it will get rid of the pressure of the USA.
