Maulana Fazl Ur Rahman Has Been Denied Visa For Britain

The British High Commission had refused visa to Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, sources said on Friday.
The sources said that the Maulana had applied for the visa on June 15 as he was to participate in a meeting of the Jamiat in the UK.
According to the sources the British High Commission returned his passport with an excuse.
It is to mention here that the United States had also refused to grant visa to the Maulana last year.
The Maulana holds great sway in most of the seminaries of Pakistan’s hardline Deobandi sect and draw political power from Khber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces of Pakistan.

After Exiting From Grey's Anatomy, Chyler Has Shed Any Resemblence Of Her Character

After making a dramatic exit from Grey's Anatomy, Chyler Leigh has shed any resemblance of her character, Lexie Grey, who was killed off in the drama's season finale on May 17.
At the Thirst Project Gala in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, the actress, 30, hit the red carpet in a stunning red Kevan Hall dress and debuted a new dramatic 'do: a super-short pixie cut with side-swept bangs. Her hair makeover is a far cry from the long, auburn locks and blunt bangs Grey's fans have seen her with for the past five and a half years.
On the hit ABC medical drama's Season 8 finale, fans were shocked to watch Lexie suffer a grisly death, but Leigh has since opened up about how her exit from the show was a while in the making.
"Earlier this year, I made the decision that Season Eight would be my last on Grey's Anatomy. I met with [Grey's creator Shonda Rimes] and we worked together to give Lexie's story appropriate closure," the actress told TVLine.com in a statement, two weeks after her character perished in a plane crash.
"I never died before [on camera]," she told TVGuide.com in a June 21 interview. "That sounds funny saying that. I think everyone has an emotional wellspring and that happened to be a moment where I was sprung."

Sexiest Women Of USA Team In The London Plympics

Seven-time U.S. Olympic swimming medalist Amanda Beard knows that not every workout is fun. But she never quits. "There are days when I just don't feel like pushing myself," says Beard. "But when I hit a low point in a workout, I remind myself that I have to push through—I mentally shift from 'I'm too tired' to 'I'll feel great after a good workout.'" And good for us that she does, because her decades of training have sculpted one of the best bodies in America.
Even though her killer curves and stunning blue eyes have graced the pages of Playboy, don't be afraid to say hello if you cross lanes with her. "It's really cool when guys approach me with questions about how to become a better swimmer," she says. "Women can work out just as hard as men, and it's neat when guys put aside their pride and ask a girl for advice."
Beard is only one of the competitive, dedicated and did we mention gorgeous? -- women on our list of the 12 Sexiest Olympians.
*- Alex Morgan, Soccer
As you cheer on the U.S. national women's soccer team in London, keep an eye out for Alex Morgan. The 5-7, 140-pound forward at 23, a youngster on the team -- attributes her success to her dedication: "It's easy to push yourself when people are watching, but hard to put in the work when nobody's there." Morgan runs up to 60 miles a week and does plenty of strength and core work -- she can squat 195 pounds and hold a plank for 4 minutes. But she's no fan of unwanted attention at the gym, and red-carded this tactic: "Don't come behind me and fix my posture unless I ask you to." She did cite a simple approach that might work at a bar, though. "A guy walked past me, turned around, and told me my perfume smelled really great and asked what kind it was." (You, too, can turn heads -- by using Travis Stork's Lean Belly Prescription to flatten your belly for good.)

*- Lolo Jones, Track
In Beijing, Lolo Jones was favored to win the 100-meter hurdles. And in the final, she was flying, her perfect legs a beautiful blur. Then the unthinkable: The 5-9, 140-pound sprinter's trailing knee clipped the ninth of 10 hurdles. Robbed of her rhythm, she stumbled to the line, placing seventh. Since then, Jones, 29, has worked even harder on the track, in the gym, and on Twitter. Reading @lolojones you glimpse the drive -- and mental approach -- that could help put her on the podium in London. For instance: "100 days out from Olympics, if he’s not a Licensed Foot Massage Therapist he’s not getting a date" or "Def have a cavity, Not fixing it. The surging pain in my mouth will keep me from gaining weight." Jones will be something of an underdog in London having battled injuries in 2011. But if anything, the setbacks have only made her stronger -- and wiser. "When you get injured, it's usually because your body is fatigued and you’re pushing it to the max," says Jones. "Rest is just as important as working hard -- you need a good balance of both." *- Allyson Felix, Track
Now heading into her third Olympics, 26-year-old sprinter Allyson Felix has been around the track more than a few times. She's hoping her past successes (two silvers in the 200 meters, one gold in the 400-meter relay) will help her win individual gold in London. The 5-6, 125-pound Californian loves the gym—she can deadlift 250-plus pounds and power clean 150 pounds -- but she admits to hating long runs. "They're the worst, so I train with friends," she says. "When I make a date with my friend [for a long run], I can't back out, and we can chat for some of the run. It makes it better."
*- Nastia Liukin, Gymnastics
Winner of all-around gymnastics gold at the 2008 Games, Nastia Liukin, 22, has an old-school fitness secret: Work your butt off. Liukin, who is 5-4 and 110 pounds, trains 7 hours most days, combining calisthenics, core work, and lots of apparatus-specific drills. "I also run six times a week -- about 3 miles each time," says Liukin. "Running keeps me strong." To speed recovery, she sees a masseuse twice a week, receives regular acupuncture treatments, and uses a foam roller. "The foam roller is a good way to hit your hamstrings, quads, and IT bands -- and you can do it yourself anywhere." (Look and perform your best by discovering The Secret to Six-Pack Abs.)
*- Jessica Hardy, Swimming
Having a shot at Olympic gold is motivation enough to exercise, but even elite athletes need an occasional push. "Don't wait to work out -- get started first thing in the morning before you have time to talk yourself out of it," says swimmer Jessica Hardy, who will make her Olympic debut in London. “Not only will you have the gym to yourself and avoid the crowds, but you’ll also feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day.” Want to join her for a workout? "Keep in mind that women are sometimes even more competitive than men,” she says teasingly. "You already know that we like to get our way -- that carries over into the gym, too."
*- Alicia Sacramone, Gymnastics
United States gymnast Alicia Sacramone is no stranger to the Games. In 2008, she helped the women's team win silver in Beijing, although critics suggest that her falls on both the floor and the beam held the team back from the gold. After retiring briefly from competition in 2009, she returned with a vengeance, winning first place in the vault and the beam in the 2010 U.S. National Championships and the gold in the vault and a silver in the team competition in the 2010 World Championships. After winning the gold in the team competition in the 2011 World Championships, she became the most decorated American gymnast in the history of the competition. How does she feel about London? "I'm in better shape now than when I was at the last Olympics," she told espnW. Note to competition: Watch out.

*- Natalie Coughlin, Swimming
This multiple medal winner is also a big foodie.
*- Jen Kessy
An All-American at USC, Kessy forms one of the world's top tandems with April Ross.
*- Kelci Bryant, Diving
A fixture on the national team since 2005, Bryant has also won three NCAA titles with Minnesota.
*- Hope Solo, Soccer
World Cup last summer was her break-through event.
*- Sundace Parker, Basketball
She won gold at Beijing in 2008.
*- Lauren Cheyney
She was a four-time first-time All American at UCLA.
*- Amy Rodriguez
She assisted on the goal that clinched the gold for the U.S. at the 2008 Olympics.
*- Sanya Richards-Ross
She already has two relay golds and an individual bronze from the 2004 and 2008 Olympics.
*- April Ross
Ross and teammate Jen Kessy are pushing Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor for U.S. supremacy.

Indian Media Criticizes Hamid Mir's Questions About Terrorist Sarabjit Singh

Pakistan’s veteran journalist and one of the leading TV anchors, Hamid Mir was criticized by Indian media for what they said his raising of some questions about India’s condemned terrorist Sarabjit Singh, which allegedly prompted President Asif Ali Zardari to withdraw his decision to release Mr Singh who had confessed to staging blasts in Pakistan in 1990 which resulted in killing of over dozen innocent Pakistanis in Multan and Lahore.
Mir, who is renowned journalist and his opinion is sought by the international media, especially with regard to Afghanistan, Taliban and al-Qaeda related issues, says in his Thursday’s column published in country’s widely circulated Urdu language Jang newspaper, he was condemned and criticized by a CNN IBN news female anchor on June 27 a day after he conducted a show, opposing government’s move to free Mr Singh, and dubbing him India’s Ajmal Kasab.
The anchor said it was his opposition to government’s decision, which prompted Mr Zardari to withdraw his orders.
It is to mention here that situation turned dramatic on Tuesday evening after the government’s announcement of releasing Sarabjit Singh, drawing strong criticism from journalists and people. The situation reached its logical end after seven hours when Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar denied news regarding the release of Singh, saying it was Surjeet Singh who was being freed.
Mr Mir raised a question in his column as to why India was only interested in releasing Sarabjit Sindh while hundreds of Indian fishermen had been detained in Pakistan.
He said Pakistan freed 1100 Indian fishermen over the last four years while India hardly released 242 Pakistanis. He said this question was owed to Indian and Pakistani rulers.
Hamid Mir further wrote that “Aman Ki Asha” should not mean India’s hegemony over Pakistan and there should be balanced approached from both the sides.
Hamid Mir is hundred percent right that why Pakistan is so kind and inclined toward India that wants to release a terrorist who acknowledged of his being terrorist. He would have been hanged. What the India is doing with Pakistani prisoners. Pakistan must not release the terrorist.

How The News Are Twisted In Their Own Intersts By Western Press About Pakistan

The western press always portraits Pakistan's darkest view to the readers. The following news reflects the actual face of the American press.
The anti-terrorism alliance between the United States and Pakistan, always complicated and often shaky, was plunged into a crisis by the killing of Osama bin Laden in May 2011 by American special forces operating deep inside Pakistan. The fact that Bin Laden had been hiding for years almost in plain sight in a medium-size city that hosts numerous Pakistani forces underscored questions about whether elements of the Pakistani spy agency knew the whereabouts of the leader of Al Qaeda.
Since then, both sides have leveled angry criticism at the other. But the Obama administration remains dependent on Pakistan’s military for help in reining in the militant groups that are driving the conflict in Afghanistan but find shelter across the border, not only the Taliban but also the Haqqani terrorist network.
In September 2011, Adm. Mike Mullen, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told the Senate that Pakistan’s intelligence agency had provided aid to the Haqqani network members who attacked the American Embassy in Kabul.
In late November 2011, American-Pakistani relations took yet another turn for the worse when a NATO air attack killed 24 Pakistani soldiers in strikes against two military posts at the country’s northwestern border with Afghanistan. Pakistan halted joint operations and intelligence sharing on the border and angrily rejected the conclusions of an American investigation that laid some of the blame on the Pakistani military, in a report that described a chain of errors between American and NATO troops.
For the Obama administration, the Central Intelligence Agency’s covert drone strike campaign centered in northwestern Pakistan continues to be of prime importance. Although the drones are best known for targeting senior commanders of Al Qaeda, they are also aimed at Taliban fighters headed for the Afghan border. But in mainstream Pakistan, where the talk is of breached sovereignty and civilian casualties, the C.I.A. campaign is as unpopular as ever.
Domestically, tensions between the military, the civilian government and the judiciary continued to flare periodically. A confrontation between President Asif Ali Zardari and the chief justice of the Supreme Court, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, escalated dramatically in June 2012, when the justice ordered the dismissal of Mr. Zardari’s prime minister, Yousaf Raza Gilani.
The court had found Mr. Gilani guilty of contempt in April for his refusal to act on the court’s longstanding demand that he write a letter to the authorities in Switzerland to seek to reopen a dormant corruption investigation into Mr. Zardari’s finances that started in the 1990s.

TV Reporter Loses Her Beautiful Smile After Bell's Palsy Attack

It was a terrifying moment for Mary King. On June 1, sitting on the runway in Charlotte, N.C., on a plane bound for Baltimore where she planned to celebrate her upcoming wedding with friends, the 25-year-old television reporter realized she couldn't rub her lips together. Then, she couldn't move the right side of her face or blink her right eye.
She paged the flight attendant for help, and a doctor on board the plane said King had better get to a hospital. The pilot took the plane back to the airport, and King's father rushed her to the nearest emergency room.
King feared she was having a stroke, but the doctor had an even more unexpected diagnosis: she had Bell's palsy.
When King finally looked at her face in the mirror at the hospital, she said she felt a wave of despair: The right side of it was frozen, her eye was unblinking and the side of her mouth drooped, even when she tried to smile.
"All of a sudden it hits you how different you look," she said. "I kept thinking, What if I still look like this on my wedding day?"
People with Bell's palsy aren't typically stricken for life, but recovery can take weeks to months. The condition, a temporary facial paralysis, strikes when the seventh cranial nerve, the tiny nerve controlling the face, gets inflamed or damaged, perhaps from some kind of trauma or viruses such as Epstein Barr or the Varciella Zoster, the virus that causes chicken pox and shingles.
"It's probably not the virus itself causing the symptoms, but the body's reaction to the virus, the inflammation that comes from fighting it off," said Dr. Wendy Wright, medical director of the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit and Emory Hospital Midtown. "But the exact cause of Bell's palsy isn't exactly known."
There are few symptoms that are red flags of a Bell's palsy attack. But looking back on the 12 hours before her diagnosis, King could see there were signs she had dismissed. When she awoke early that morning for her shift on the morning news for WIS TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, S.C., she had a sharp, shooting pain in the back of her head. Later, when she opened a carton of blueberry yogurt for breakfast, it was tasteless, like eating paste.
"Looking back with 20/20 hindsight, I could see, OK, that was the onset of the symptoms," King said. "But at the time, you just keep going."
Once the facial paralysis sets in, many people may mistake it as a symptom of a stroke, just as King did. Wright said neurologists are also thinking about the possibility of a stroke when a patient reports facial paralysis. But there are a few subtle differences. A stroke will usually cause a few additional symptoms, such as numbness or weakness in the arms and legs. And unlike Bell's palsy, a stroke will usually let patients control the upper part of their faces.
"I will ask patients to raise their eyebrows as if they are surprised," Wright said. "A person with a stroke will usually have some wrinkling of their forehead."
A week after her attack, King's symptoms still hadn't dissipated much. She still couldn't close her right eye, and had to sleep wearing an eye-patch to keep it closed so her cornea wouldn't dry out. Doctors gave her steroids and anti-inflammatory medications.
Embarrassed that she couldn't smile and interact normally with people, depression set in, as it does for many patients with Bell's palsy. King's job as a local television reporter made the stress of her paralyzed face even worse. She had to stop reporting on the air while she tried to recover.
"I love my job. I'm one of those people who loves getting up and going to work in the morning," King said. "The first thought that went through my mind was what if this doesn't go away and I can't do my job anymore?"
The hardest moment came when King went to try on wedding gowns with her mother. Standing in front of the mirror, all she could manage was a lopsided smile.
"I just didn't want to look in the mirror," she said. "All I wanted to do was smile because I was so happy, but when I did it just looked so awkward."
When she explained her condition and the fact that she couldn't smile to the women running the shop, someone replied, "You are smiling. You're smiling with your eyes."
Gradually, King started to improve. It was 15 days before she could smile again. Now, more than three weeks after those first terrifying moments on the plane, King said she is about 97 percent recovered. But she still notices little things.
"I used to be able to wink with both eyes, now I can't wink with the right eye," she said. "But I'm by no means complaining. To have my recovery time be what it was is a blessing."
Although most people recover from Bell's palsy, having one attack makes it more likely that another one will strike. And some people never recover.
King reported her experience for WIS TV, and said she was inspired by the outpouring of support from people in Columbia, many of whom had Bell's palsy themselves, or saw the condition strike friends and family. She said the most important thing that kept her going through her recovery was the community's support and a determined faith that she would get better.
"Really, the prayers and keeping the hope and believing in your heart that this will get better was the key," King said. "Perspective is everything."

According to Veterinary Experts the trunk of an elephant is a masterpiece of nature that has nearly 0.1 million muscles. These muscles help elephant to uproot from a grassy plant to huge and heavy trees. Elephant can identify thousand kinds of fragrances.
Keeping this quality in view the designer of South Korea Kim Junhayun has invented an apparatus called "Elephant Nose" that has the capability of analyzing the freshness and different constituents of meat, fish and hen as well as of other food items.
The apparatus having a size of common writing pen when nears the food items, due to the presence of artificial nose smells the foods and on the basis of already fed data in the system starts analyzing commodities. The results of the analysis appear on the screen of LSD and provides information about the condition of the commodity of the foods. Separate charging base is provided in the apparatus to recharge the battery.
The apparatus can easily be used in homes, market and other shops selling consumable items as well as can be used for identifying for Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). It is worth mentioning that criticize GMOs and term it harmful for health. These people would want to know whether the dishes presented for use have GMO or not, if so, whether they are with in the healthy limits.
The inventer also intends to bring changes in the apparatus ion future that will detect the the constituents of foods that can cause allergy to some people. They would be able to know before eating the foods suitable for their health. Similarly harmful constituents/ chemical elements / compounds and artificial flavors present in food would easily be identified. The invention was declared the best one last year among the other inventions by the German Product Design Museum "Red Dot"

More Than Half Of British Women Have Larger Waists Than Recommended Healthy Size

More than half of British women have waists that are larger than the recommended healthy size, experts say.
Researchers from the charity Nuffield Health say overweight women risk an increased chance of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, infertility and cancer.
The researchers found the average waist measurement for women is 84.9cm (33.43in), compared with the healthy size of 80cm (31.49in).
Nuffield Health's Dr Davina Deniszczyc said it was a "worrying problem."
Dr Deniszczyc, professional head of physicians and diagnostics at Nuffield Health, said: "Fat being stored around the waist can contribute to significant health issues, such as breast cancer and infertility."
Nuffield Health examined data from more than 30,000 women and found 57% had a waist larger than the healthy size.
It said women in the north of England have the largest waists, with an average circumference of 87cm, compared to 81.9cm in London.
Researchers also said 52.5% of the women have a body mass index (BMI) higher than the healthy range, while 16.2% were moderately or morbidly obese.
The BMI is calculated by taking your weight in kilograms and dividing it by your height in metres squared.
A BMI level measured between 25 and 29.9 means a person is regarded as overweight. If your BMI is over 30 then you are clinically obese.
Dr Deniszczyc said: "Whilst waist size may seem like a cosmetic issue, this isn't about women fitting into their skinny jeans. Rather, it's an important indicator of overall health and well-being, particularly when taken into account with other health measurements.

Saudi Women Will Participate In London Olympics

Saudi Arabia is to allow its women athletes to compete in the Olympics for the first time.
A statement issued by the Saudi Embassy in London says the country's Olympic Committee will "oversee participation of women athletes who can qualify".
The decision will end recent speculation as to whether the entire Saudi team could have been disqualified on grounds of gender discrimination.
Women's sport is still fiercely opposed by many Saudi religious conservatives.
There is almost no public tradition of women participating in sport in the country.
Saudi officials say that with the Games now just a few weeks away, the only female competitor at Olympic standard is showjumper Dalma Rushdi Malhas.
But they added that there may be scope for others to compete and that if successful they would be dressed "to preserve their dignity".
In practice this is likely to mean modest, loose-fitting garments and "a sports hijab", a scarf covering the hair but not the face.
For the desert kingdom, the decision to allow women to compete in the Olympics is a huge step, overturning deep-rooted opposition from those opposed to any public role for women.
As recently as April, the indications were that Saudi Arabia's rulers would accede to the sensitivities of the religious conservatives and maintain the ban on allowing women to take part.
But for the past six weeks there have been intense, behind-the-scenes discussions led by King Abdullah, who has long been pushing for women to play a more active role in Saudi society.
In secret meetings in Jeddah, officials say a consensus was reached in mid-June between the king, the crown prince, the foreign minister, the leading religious cleric, the grand mufti and others, to overturn the ban.
An announcement was ready to be made but then had to be delayed as the country marked the sudden death of Crown Prince Nayef.
"It's very sensitive," a senior Saudi official told the BBC. "King Abdullah is trying to initiate reform in a subtle way, by finding the right balance between going too fast or too slow.
"For example, he allowed the participation of women in the Shura council [an advisory body] so the Olympic decision is part of an ongoing process, it's not isolated."
The official acknowledged that to refuse to let women take part would have looked bad on the international stage.
"Partly because of the mounting criticism we woke up and realised we had to deal with this. We believe Saudi society will accept this," the official said.
It is not the first time a Saudi monarch has backed a controversial reform against domestic opposition.
King Faisal, who introduced television in the 1960s and was eventually assassinated, insisted on introducing education for girls.
Today, Saudi women graduates outnumber their male counterparts.

India Joined The USA Camp Quiting Russian Friendship

Once Indian government did not dare to even talk to the USA fearing the anger of Russia. But now tis is the story of the past. Today the USA and India are tied with each other in a strong knot of deep friendship. Rather India has become the "darling" of the USA. The importance of India for the USA can be judged by the fact that during the last 6 months 6 minsters of the USa have visited India. They include Hilary Clinton, Leon Panetta, John Brison anf Tim Gather among other ministers. It does not stop here, during the last few years the USA had more military excercises with India than with any other country.
It is common understanding now that the USA wants to make India its agent for Asia. The increasing volume of mutual trade between the two countries is the proof of this that has reached to $60 billion during the last 5 years. Today India exports its maximum products to the USA. Both want to enhance mutual trade to the tune of $ 100 billion. Moreover, India is purchasing weapons worth $ 8 billion from the USA. India will buy weapons of $ 100 billion during the next 10 years to equip its military with modern arms. Most of the arms will be bought from American or European companies.
Russia is furious with India due to its inclination toward the USA. Russians expressed their outrage in May last year when Russian and Indian joint naval rxcercises "Indra" had to be held. Three Indian ships reached Russian sea port Veladi Vastoke to participate in the exercises. As soon as the Indian ships reached Russians suddenly canceled the exercises that stunned Indians.
The other recent proof of Russian anger towards India has come about Indian basis in Tajikistan. India has parked its war planes on the Tajik basis in Aini and Farghore that are the only Indian basis out of the country. Now Russia and China are pressing Tajik government to kick back Indians. This is a good news for Pakistan because Indian planes had been spying in Pakistan from the back side taking off from Tajik basis.
The worsening relations of India with Iran also show that India is fully in the grip of the USA. Indians used to buy its 25 % oil in 2009 from Iran now they purchase only 2 % oil from Iran. While,India has already refused to buy gas from Iran. It is clear from the facts that India has become the part of the triangle of the USA in Asia that include South Korea and Taiwan.

Nearly 99 % of the Federal Cabinet Members Of PaKistan Are Uncleaned

No government in the world has been that pushes nation in the ravine on the cost of political power and for its own personal interests. Taking from president to present prime minister and the former nominated personality for premiership, newly re inducted minister for trade, MNA and the son of former prime minister and so on and so forth all are accused for corruption. In other countries any working minister resigns if a light rumor is heard about him of corruption and present himself for trial. But, here our VVIPs continue to sticking to the chair, refuting the allegations and bring defame to the nation. Other nations will be right to think about Pakistanis that either they are corrupt or are terrorists. Though this is not the case.
Common Pakistani is honest , loyal to the country and true Muslim but it is the cream of the society who tries to collect money by hook or by crook and deposit in the foreign banks, invest in other countries , get citizen ships and come to Pakistan to rule when are off the chair go back to their sponsoring countries. In this way they are not Pakistanis. Our innocent, illiterate and simple people elect them due to their false promises, misleading slogans and sentimental and emotional speeches. The result is that the poor people suffer from electricity load-shedding, price hike and unavailability of foods and medicines. They are compelled to commit suicide and political leaders enjoy the perk and privileges and luxuries of fruitless foreign tours along with families. The kings of poor country spend millions of rupees for kitchens on the expense of nation, daily. The political leaders who do not implement democracy with in their parties, chant of democracy and conspiracies to democracy. The democracy which the people of Pakistan has never seen. Dictatorship has been good always, for common people though not good for those greedy for chair. Allah bless you the the Pakistani Nation and save you from corrupt leaders.

The Biggest Musical Talent Hunt Is Back

The Biggest Musical Talent Hunt of India is back and how! From a person who once tried to make an everlasting impact on the judges in the first edition of the show but failed to an Amritsari lad who has a story to share, the Delhi auditions telecasted on the 1st of June marked the return of a new season of the highly anticipated reality television show ‘Indian Idol’ with the right amount of punches. Plus, the eminent judges panel comprising of the ace composer Anu Malik, suave musician Salim Merchant and the versatility personified Sunidhi Chauhan echoes the sky rocketing expectations that the Edition comes along with.
While people crowded like a swarm of busy bees in their quest for honey, their destinations was easily perceived. Five years gone by yet the grit, the compassion and most importantly the motto remains the same. Being tagged and crowned as the Nation’s next Singing Sensation is what remains the ultimate goal for every contestant on the show. Heart renching stories to captivating dreams, the auditions at the country’s capital city were on an all time high. People poured in from all corners of the Northern states with variegated ‘vesh’ but similar ‘bhasha’, the sound of Music. Some carved their niche with soulful melodies, some tried their luck with rhythmic sufi ballads and some catapulted to super success with the iconic Bollywood chartbusters. But one thing is for sure, the talent crunched out from the nooks of the Nation is all set to bedazzle the lovely audience: all and sundry! And guess what given the power packed and enthralling performances that the stage is set for, you would not even mind that extra blabbering from the all time over enthusiastic Anu Malik saab.
One by one, luckily got to witness as many as a handful of fans waiting to meet him, touch him, and even say ‘I Love You’ ;a feat which he might have never enjoyed in his 20 year long career. Apologies! Where many auditions were perfect concoctions to kill Music along with its sur and taal complete ‘Band Baaja Baraat’ style, there were too many peaks with a few valleys in between. One of the major ups of the episode would definitely be the treasured finds from the beloved ‘Pink city’ Jaipur. ‘Alaaps’, ‘ragas’ and ‘harkats’ galore, Jaipur auditions were testament to some beautiful auditions. Certainly a reason to call the city the Embodiment of Talent!
Shouts, screams and few jumps later, the tempestuous talents were en route to Glory. But with competition and wins, comes heart breaks and dejections too. This episode was hardly different! While some artists flew their way to chase their long awaited dreams, some suffered a setback. But nevertheless when God closes one door, he surely is in the mood to open a lot more doors to catch your Dreams!

Russians And Chinese Are Nearing Each Other To Face American Supermacy

Half a century ago China and Russia became stranger due to ideological differences, but now to face challenges of American dictatorship are closing quickly to each other. During the last month when Russian president Putin reached China to participate in Shanghai Cooperation Summit, he was received warmly and all the activities were telecast live through government television channels.
Today we are living in a world in which the USA has the power to do whatever it likes to do. China and Russia want to end this uni-polarity and want to make the world multi-polar. Therefore, they have determined to face the American power together. They have signed agreements recently regarding political, economical and military level. Similarly, they wish to enhance mutual trade volume to 200 billion dollar by 2020.
The anger of Russia toward the USA is open, Russian president did not attend G 8 conference in May, in addition, the proposed NATO's missile shield has also worried Russia. On other side China does not like the USA's increased military activities in Pacific ocean. Then the USA backs India to become super power of the region to face China so China is angry for that too.
Keeping in view the situation China and Russia both realized that they must join hands to meet the recent challenges. In this perspective the recent visit of the Russian president was highlighted much though he has been visiting China in the past though.
Opposing attack on Syria they have already challenged the dictatorship of the USA in the UN Security Council. Had they not opposed the attack up till now the USA would have attacked Syria like Iraq and Afghanistan. Similarly, in the case of Iran and South Korea they are blocking the USA way to take any extreme step.
Russia has been inactive from global affairs since 1990 but now it wishes to constitute a stronger bloc with the partnership of China. It is good for Pakistan too, if it becomes the part of the block it will get rid of the pressure of the USA.

Pacific Ocean May Become The First "Boxing Ring" For The America And China

The USA and China are trade partners. The have trade worth $ 600 billion annually. Actually the USA and Europe have great investment contribution toward China's economic progress. But, as the USA is in the hard grip of debts and expenses, the the China's prosperity and development is pinching in its eyes. It is worth mentioning here that China has become the second bigger world economy after the USA.
The USA also does not like the increasing influence of China from Indonesia to Mauritania and South Africa. But Chines do not attack other countries like other western colonial powers do, but they sign economic and financial agreements with other states, and thus they assist the foreign countries in their development. However, the USA is afraid of the day when rising influence of China may cause its deprivation of the only super power status. Therefore, the "eagles" in the American government want to check the advancement of China. The American secretary of state for defense Leon Panetta said that by 2020, 60 % of the ships of American navy will come to Pacific ocean.
Actually, a part of Pacific ocean in the Southern China is rich in natural resources of oil and gas. China claims its ownership on the vast area of this part of sea. But, Philippines and Vietnam do not recognize China's claim. The USA favors these countries. The USA is always seeking the "wars" so that so that its war industry may exist. So it now wants to have another war in the southern sea of China. India is also afraid of China's influence.
If the USA deploys its 60 m% of navy in the Pacific ocean then it will consist of 11 plane carrier ships, 61 guided missile destroyers, 22 guided missile war ships ( cruisers), 72 sub-marines, 24 frigates and hundreds of other ships. At present American war fleet has 282 different kinds of ships. By 2020, 162 war ships will be roaming in the pacific ocean to face China.
The annual war budget of the USA is $ 642 billion while China has only $106 billion. However, the USA spends major share of the budget on wars while China manufactures latest weapons with the war budget. So inspite of less budget China is ahead in this regard of the USA.

Gilani Is No More Prime Minister Of Pakistan Since April 26

Pakistan's top court has disqualified Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani from holding office, two months after convicting him of contempt of court.
The Supreme Court ruled he had "ceased to be the prime minister of Pakistan".
In April, the Supreme Court convicted Mr Gilani of failing to pursue corruption charges against President Asif Ali Zardari.
The legal case is part of a bitter feud between Pakistan's civilian government and the judiciary.
In April, Mr Gilani was given only a token sentence and spared a jail term.
Tuesday's court ruling disqualified him from office and from parliament.
"Since no appeal was filed [against the 26 April conviction]... therefore Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani stands disqualified as a member of the Majlis-e-Shoora [parliament]," Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry told a packed courtroom.
He added: "He has also ceased to be the prime minister of Pakistan... the office of the prime minister stands vacant."
The Supreme Court decision does not automatically lead to the fall of the government, which should have the numbers in parliament to survive.
What is not clear is why it took the court two months to clarify an issue that has been dogging the country since January. Although the prime minister was convicted in April, he was sentenced to just over 30 seconds in custody, and the court had remained vague until now on his disqualification.
Many believe the battle between the judiciary and civilian politicians is a political one, in which both sides have been timing their moves carefully.
The court ruling comes amid fast shifting alignments between competing state institutions and politicians and is likely to further divide an already fractious Pakistani society ahead of elections due by early next year.
Much of what has happened is uncharted territory there are few precedents to suggest what happens next.
The court backdated the disqualification to 26 April, raising questions over decisions Mr Gilani has made in office since then including the budget.
Amid the uncertainty, Pakistan's main stock market fell slightly by close of business on Tuesday.
It is not clear what next steps Mr Gilani may take or whether his removal means the government will fall.
Senior leaders of the governing Pakistan People's Party (PPP) have been in emergency session with Mr Gilani and President Zardari, in Islamabad.
A government official said President Zardari had also summoned heads of the PPP's coalition partners to the presidency for further talks.
The party and its allies should have the necessary majority in parliament to elect a successor to Mr Gilani.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad, PPP information minister Qamaruz Zaman Kaira said the leadership had "sent a strict call to the party rank and file to exercise restraint and not to hold protest demonstrations".
He said the party would "decide on the next course of action after consulting coalition partners, who are meeting tonight".
Correspondents report that there will be great political uncertainty following the ruling, and some people will see it as another round in the clash of institutions taking place in Pakistan.
During Tuesday's hearing, Attorney General Irfan Qadir accused the court of behaving unlawfully.
He said the prime minister was not answerable to the court in regard to his professional duties and that justices had violated an article of the constitution in their ruling.
President Zardari is holding talks with senior members of the governing coalition.
Mr Gilani has always insisted only parliament can remove him from office.
He decided not to appeal against the contempt conviction in April his lawyer saying he feared a more unfavourable decision from the court if he did so.
The pursuit of the contempt case by Supreme Court judges is widely seen as an attempt at meddling in the country's politics. Many believe the judiciary is being backed by the military.
The charges against President Zardari date back to the 1990s when his late wife Benazir Bhutto was prime minister. They were accused of using Swiss bank accounts to launder bribe money.
President Zardari has always insisted the charges against him are politically motivated.
The Supreme Court ordered Mr Gilani's government to write to the Swiss authorities to ask them to reopen the cases against Mr Zardari.
But Mr Gilani refused, saying the case had been closed by a Swiss judge "on merit" and the president had constitutional immunity.

Muslim Brotherhood In Egypt Will Take Part In Protests Across The Country

Members of the Muslim Brotherhood will take part in protests across Egypt to demonstrate against sweeping new powers taken by the ruling military council.
Over the weekend, the generals issued two decrees dissolving the Islamist-dominated parliament and claiming all legislative power for themselves.
MPs are also expected to try to enter the parliament building on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, with counting in the presidential election run-off complete, both candidates are claiming victory.
Mohammed Mursi, the head of the Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), said on Monday that he had won 52% of the vote.

Veteran fighter pilot and former air force commander
Appointed Egypt's first aviation minister, earning reputation for competence and efficiency
Promoted to PM during February 2011 protests
Associated with former regime, though denies being backed by ruling military council
Campaigned on a promise to restore security
Mohammed Mursi
Aged 60
US-educated engineering professor
Head of Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP)
Served as independent MP 2000-05
Quietly spoken, viewed by some as lacking charisma
Has promised "stability, security, justice and prosperity" under an Islamic banner

Profile: Mohammed Mursi
Mr Mursi promised to work "hand-in-hand with all Egyptians for a better future, freedom, democracy, development and peace".
But former Prime Minister Ahmed Shafiq's campaign team said their figures showed that he was ahead and that the Brotherhood had "terrorised" voters.
Independent observers and state media believe Mr Mursi has won by a margin of about three to four percentage points, or about a million votes.
The official result is scheduled to be announced on Thursday.
The Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (Scaf) appears to be working on the assumption that Mr Mursi will win, reports the BBC's Jon Leyne in Cairo.
It has made a series decrees and appointments designed to reduce or constrain the power of the president, and entrench the power of the military.
Despite opposition talk of a "military coup", it may end up being a messy compromise that everyone can live with, our correspondent says.
Voting over the weekend to choose a successor to Hosni Mubarak, who was forced to step down by last year's uprising, was overshadowed by two Scaf decrees.
The first ordered the immediate dissolution of parliament following Thursday's Supreme Constitutional Court ruling that the law governing the recent elections for the lower house was unconstitutional because party members had been allowed to contest seats in the lower house reserved for independents.
Troops were deployed outside the parliament building before the decree was issued on Saturday to prevent MPs gaining access. The FJP and the ultraconservative Salafist Nour party dominate both chambers.
The second decree, which was published after the polls closed on Sunday, amended the March 2011 constitutional declaration and gave the generals complete control over legislation and military affairs until fresh parliamentary elections are held.
The Scaf will also play a significant role in running the 100-member assembly that will draft the country's new constitution.
The new president - who will take office without the oversight of a parliament and without a permanent constitution to define his powers or duties - will be able to form and dismiss a government, ratify and reject laws, and declare war, but only with Scaf's approval.
Muslim Brotherhood members are set to protest against the decrees on Tuesday by taking part in a "million-man march" - the name they give for almost any demonstration in Egypt, our correspondent adds.
At the same time, MPs may attempt to enter parliament to protest against its dissolution. Soldiers have been given orders not to let them in.
On Monday, Scaf officials restated its commitment to hand over power to the newly-elected president by 30 June.
