Can Not Remain Impartial On The Victimization Of Muslims--Tariq Minha

The USA takes nearly every Muslim in the world as terrorist, especially those with beard. Whereas, everyday killings of children in schools, men and women in stores and in parks by its own terrorists is carried out. An American soldier killing tens of innocent people in Afghanistan is declared mentally depressed. Is a killer like Ramond Davis not a terrorist? But this terrorist was so important for the USA that president himself spoke for his release. A Muslim like Tariq Minha was sentenced for 17 years because he did not accept FBI's offer for spying the Muslim community in the United States.
Tariq Minha's parents migrated in 1980 from Egypt to the USA. Tariq was born in 1983 in the USA. His family lives in Sud berry near Boston city. FBI claims that Tariq went to Yemen during 2004 for war training so that he could fight against Americans forces in Iraq but he was not trained due to some reasons and he returned back to the USA.
Now he started publishing online the English translation of Arabic "Jehadi literature" (literature of sacred war). This was the Tariq's basic "crime". Tariq claims that when he was studying pharmacy, FBI contacted him and asked him to spying the Muslims of the USA for the agency. After refusal by him he was involved by the agency in false cases.
In 2008, he was arrested for the first time on the accusation of a false statement. But, the allegation could not be proved in the court so he was released. He completed his training of pharmacy and was offered a job in Saudi Arabia. He was again arrested when he as about to leave for Saudi Arabia.
This time he was accused of translating and publishing the Arabic documents of Al-Qaeda, on Internet. Thus, he cooperated in the activities of a terrorist organization. Therefore, declaring him a risk for the American society he was imprisoned alone in a cell.In 2009, if trial would have started against Tariq he would have been released, because in a case Texas vs Johnson, American supreme court had issued verdict, " the base of first amendment is that government can not impose limitation on freedom of expression. Government can not ban any speech or writing on the bases of it being against the government or is provocative.Government has no power to to stop the flow of ideas or thoughts."
But regret to say that in 2010, the guardian of freedom of expression, the American judiciary kneeing down to the pressure of the government, the supreme court termed in a case that being supportive of terrorists activities, every act of freedom of expression is a crime. Thus, guardians of freedom of expression killed it themselves.
Keeping in view the above mentioned verdict, on April 12, 2012, the Federal Judge, George Otool of Massachusetts, sentence Tariq Minha for seventeen and a half year imprisonment. The crime of this educated youngman was only that he termed American soldiers as aggressors while those fighting against them he called freedom fighters.
