Zardari, The Supreme Commander Of Armed Forces---President House

Why president house doubts that Asif Zardari is the Supreme commander of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. Every president of Pakistan isthe Supreme commander of the forces by constitution. Is not Army Chief sitting in his office thru extention of service with the notification issued by the president house with the signature of the president. But, what message president house wants to convey to the forces by writing president as supreme commander as well as chairman of the Pakistan People's Party for the first time, in the notification issued from president house for the address of the president to the joint session of the parliament.
Political circles are seeing it as confrontation between the establishment and the president house. They also guess about the unexpected address to the joint session that president may disclose some conspiracies being carried out against his government.
