The President Of The World Ninth Economically Strong Power
Ro Sav (now the president of Brazil) joined Worker's Party and started election campaign on June 13th 2010. Her strongest opponent was the governor of Sao Polo State, Hozaey Sera who was on his peak of popularity. She could not succeed in the first round of election held on October 03,2010 because she got less than 50% votes. Though her opponents tried to highlight the corruption of her party workers but due to excellent economic growth voters did not care. Known as moderate politician millions of Brazilian casted votes in her favor through biometric system in 60 cities of the country. This time she got 58% of the votes while her opponent received only 44%. So in the second round of election on November 02, 2010, Ro Sav became the first woman who could reach to the high status of president-ship of Brazil. However, this was the end of 8 year marvelous rule of Lola De Silva. In her first address to the nation as president she announced to continue the present economic policies and to eradicate the poverty from its roots as her priorities. Her critics say that she will implement her special plan of austerity through deductions in several financial heads of the budget, but clarified that she had no intentions to do so because country has surplus reserves of foreign exchange.
The challenges she have to face are to prepare her country for the Football World Cup during 2014 and for the Olympic Games in 2016.
The Pakistani politicians have many lessons if they are in habit of thinking in the struggle-full life of Ro Sav. But, the brave and intelligent people of Pakistan are unfortunate in this regard.
