The prophethood of our True Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Ahmad e Mujtaba (PBUH) reached to its peak (Aala o Arfa stage) and when something reaches its peak ( akmal and Kamal stage) it needs no repetition. And Quran Pak is the announcement and proof of Khat me Nabuwat. And after our Prophet (PBUH) any claimant of Nabuwat is lier and Kazib and he who believe any person claiming Ijtehad or being sahib e Sharia is mislead and non-Muslim. President .general Muhammad Zia ul Haq was a pious and merciful ruler and had deep heartily love in Islam. To stop Munkareen e Khatam e Nabuwat (refusing Khatm e Nabuwat) from using Islamic ways he issued a presidential ordinance no.20 on April 26, 1984. According to this ordinance neither Qadiani could call himself a Muslim, nor he could present Islam as his religion and and preach his religion (qadiani). Qadianis took it as against (Human Rights) and made hue and cry in the world and all the western powers and media particularly India openly favored them. But all the Muslim were one voice on the issue,Qadianis got humiliation in the world. Later they challenged the ordinance in Federal Sharia court, different high courts and supreme court but their petition was discharged synonymously by all the judges and termed ordinance correct, rather made it permanent part of Pakistan penal code no 298 and 298 c. The head of Qadianis Mirza Tahir Ahmad due to the fear of cases of violation of the ordinance ran away to London on April 30, 1984. (Continued)
