Hazara Restaurant In Quetta Is Run By women For Women In the

In the impoverished Hazara Town on the outskirts of Quetta, there is a place for women to come together, sit and engage while having delicious food. Social and political activist Hameeda Ali Hazara has recently opened the restaurant. She is also the founder of Humanity Niswan Foundation. Her restaurant is run by women and is for women only.

Hameeda's foundation works in education and health sectors and other areas with major focus on improving the lives of Hazara women.

About the Hazara restaurant she said idea behind the restaurant was to give second home to women to talk about their problems and find solution.

She said it took a lot of convincing to make women come and work in the restaurant. She even counseled their families before they finally agree.
