The World's Highest Building Burj Al Khalifa's Monopoly Is Endangered

Constructed in 2010, the tallest building of the world in Dubai the Burj Alkhalifa may no more maintain its status as Azerbaijan has announce to construct 3445 feet tall tower that will consists of 189 storeys. While Burj Al Khalifa is 2717 feet high. The proposed tower of Azerbaijan will leave the Dubai's tower far behind.
According to media reports, the preparations are in full swing to make an artificial island naming Khizar to th south west of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The territory composed of 2000 hectares consists of 41 islands that will be converted into new city. In the middle of the new city the tallest tower of the world will be constructed. The tower will cost $ 2 billion and after completion will gain the status of the tallest building of the world.
