Some Foods That Can Cause Food Poisoning During Summer








Food poisoning is common during summer season in Pakistan that is troublesome and can be threat to life even. It can be from water or due to some foods. Medical experts have termed some food items dangerous regarding the cause of food poisoning. These are the foods that have comparatively more food poisoning affects than other foods. But, it does not mean that one may leave eating these foods, as these are the essential constituents of a balanced diet. However, care must be taken while taking these items. The list includes foods, eggs, dairy products, fruits and beverages. Some of theses are:-
Eggs:-
Eggs are not only favorite food item taken in breakfast but sometimes is also eaten in lunch too. However, eggs have been the cause of food poisoning in the world. During 1990's decade in America only more than 350 cases of spread of salminilla bacteria were reported due to taking eggs. As this bacteria has the capability to penetrate into eggs, so eggs should be cooked completely to kill the bacteria. Any diet that include raw egg should be avoided. According to medical experts eggs must be boiled or fried before eating. Moreover, preparing mayonnaise at home from raw eggs be avoided.
Fish:--
Fish is a balanced diet for human being and nearly every body likes to eat it. However, it can be a cause of food poisoning in many ways. One should be careful about purchasing the fish about its freshness, otherwise rotten or apparently seen in good condition may not be fresh. If fish is not cooked properly may make you suffer from vomiting, dysentery, fever or even cause food poisoning. It is possible too that fish might have eaten something poisonous or polluted then eating this sort of fish may take you to hospital. Similarly, lobster or "Kastoora fish' is a delicious sea food and are served in high class restaurants. Both have been included in the list of foods that are likely to cause food poisoning. Kastoora fish is found in the deep waters and takes its food from the water it filters itself. However, if the water filtered by the fish is polluted then it can also be polluted. So it must be cooked perfectly other may cause vomiting or diarrhea.
