Federal Law Minister Has Submitted His Resignation To PM

Federal Law Minister Zahid Hamid has submitted his resignation to prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and it is expected that the resignation will be expected today. Yesyerday, he met with Shahbaz Sharif and talked to him for an hour where it was decided that law minister should resign to take the country out of crisis. He also said at the time ofsubmitting resignation that he was not directly concerned to amendment bill, it was the synonimous decision of the larliamentary commiittee. On other side, high court has asked Raja Zaful Haq to submit report to high court. According to reports containers are being removed around the sit-in place at Faizabad.

During the operation of secuurity forces to end the sit-in on last Satureday, eight people died and dizens were injured including police and rangers officials.
