Key suspect of MQM leader Imran Farooq's murder case, Khalid Shamim revealed the name of master mind. Khalid made this confessional statement before magistrate captain (retd) Shoib. Khalid Shamim said he had links with MQM and that he received orders for killing Imran Farooq from Muhammad Anwat in London and then he passed on orders to others to kill Imran Farooq. When magistrate asked Khalid if he was giving this statement under pressure, later's reply was in negative. The statement instead of being typed was hand written. The statement was then read out to the accused and was signed with his thumb impression.
