What To Do What Not To When Someone Is Having Heart Attack
If you are witnessing a heart attack, do not panic. Be calm and help the victim to get out of trauma. It can be scary but calm your nerves you need to help the one who is really in trouble at the time. You would be clueless at the time as what to do and what not to do as because even your help can damage the situation. Call the emergency service immediately but it will take time to come. So, here are few things you can do if any such emergency appears in front of you. Symptom of heart attack is usually chest pain but if someone is diabetic then he or she may not experience any symptom at all. Other symptoms of heart attack are shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, vomiting, light-headedness, anxiety and exhaustion. Often, the pain even spreads to the other parts of upper body like, arms, back, neck, stomach, teeth and jaw. Other things you should do if above mentioned situation arises:- Do not let the person move- If possible take a tablet of dissolvable aspirin, put it in water and make the person drink it. Call an ambulance and tell then what exactly happened and what symptoms the patient is experiencing. In case the person is passing out, ask him to cough vigorously, as it will help him stay conscious. If the patient stops breathing provide first aid immediately.
