The niece of Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah's, Irshad Gilani continuously stamped numerous blank ballot herself. No body dare to stop her. She snatched the ballot papers from other women and marked herself all the ballots. If Imran Khan accuses them of rigging, will he be blamed? This ward belongs to the constituency of CM Sindh.
