The Coolest City On Earth Where You Can Not Wear Glasses Outside

Have you heard of a city where you can not stay outside more than 20 minutes? Unless you are very much fond of ice and want to become an iceman yourself. Yes, such a place exists on globe which literary can give you chills.

The place is named as Yukutsk, the capital city of Sakha Russia. This place is only 280 miles away from Artic circle. The city is very beautiful but very cold. Here the temperature ranges from minus 5C, at which the cold is invigorating and a light hat and scarf can do the job of keeping you warm, to minus 20C, where your nose starts sneezing, and you suffocate against the cold air.
