Who Actually The Mullah Fazal Ullah Is?

The supreme council of banned Tehreek e Taliban selected Mullah Fazal Ullah the new head of TTP. Four other names were also considered including Khan Syd Sajna, Khalid Haqqani, Hafiz Saeed and Umar Khalid Khurasani. The new chief TTP has refused to talk to government. They said government has already deceived us on the name of dialogue and when our leaders gathered together for consultation, government informed the USA and our chief was killed in drone missile. New deputy chief Sheikh Khalid Haqqani argued against the talks with government and termed it against Sharia. Khan Syed Sajna kept silent. Taliban questioned which government group was to come for talks. According to sources Afghan National Directorate of Intelligence and Indian secret agencies played central role in appointing Fazal Ullah the head of TTP. Mullah alias Mullah Radio was treated in Afghanistan when he was injured in a clash and Afghan national army provided him the full security. It is said that Afghan national directorate played important role in ending differences between different sactions for selection of new Amir. Sources say that Pakistan has proofs that Taliban were in contact with the head of Afghan National directorate Rahmat Ullah Nabeel, after the death of Hakeem Ullah Mahsood. Nabeel held several meetings with Mullah Fazal after taking over as head of the office. Mullah fazal remained under treatment in Afghan National Army Hospital, where Nabeel had been regularly meeting Mullah Fazal. Hakeem Ullah also met Nabeel three times. The selection of Mullah Fazal is the international and Jewish conspiracy against Pakistan to start civil war in the country. TTP under Mullah Fazal will start attacking security agenicies and installation in Pakistan. Sources say that if Afghanistan did not take any action against Mullah, the relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan can be negatively affected. The real name of Mullah Fazaf Ullah is Fazal Hayat. He belongs to village Imam Dheri of Tehsil Kabal in Swat. He is the son-in-law of Sufi Muhammad, the head of banned group ' Tehreek e Nifaz e Shareeat e Muhammadi' (The organisation for implementaion of Shareeat e Muhammad PBUH). Mullah Fazal established an FM Radio station in his area Imam Dheri in 2006 for his speeches against government, for which he was called "Mullah Radio". He fled after the Lal Masjid (Red Mosque) operation in 2007. However, he appeared back when agrement was signed between sufi Muhammad the government. After the beginning of operation "Rah e Rast" ( Straight or right path) in Swat in 2009, he again fled to Afghanistan. He kept on coming and going to and from Pakistan. His aides continued attacking security forces in Pakisyan crossing the Afghan border. Pakistan also recorded strong protests against his attacks with Afghanistan. His group accepted the attacks on "Malala Yousuf Zai" and general Sana Ullah Niazi. Pakistan had announced an award of Rs 5 million on his arrest that was increased to Rs 500 million.
