Vitamin D Saves You From High Blood Pressure
A new study revealed that low quantity of vitamin D in the body increases the risks of high blood pressure. Researchers say that there is corelation between high blood pressure and the use of vitamin D. Earlier vitamin D was thought essential for body's defence system, healthy bones and teeth but latest reaearch indicated high level of vitamin D lowers the level of high blood pressure. The study also indicated that in some cases heart attack risks can also be avoided by taking vitamin D supplements.
